Dedicated staff to assist the Tax and Compliance team in the monitoring, preparation, and submission of original copy documents to tax authorities to support VAT refund claims. Ensures accuracy and compliance of invoices, official receipts, and billing statements for VAT refund purposes. Role accountabilities: Organized filing and scanning of original copy documents. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of documents such as invoices, official receipts, and billing statements. Communicate with the vendor any error and monitor submission of corrected documents. Keep the monitoring log updated and immediately contact vendors for missing documents. Review attachments in the AP entries to ensure completeness of accounting documents. Scan and attach official receipts to respective ERP accounting entries. Complete the accounting entries in the manual books of accounts (CRB and CDB). Assist the local AP team in the monitoring of payments status, both for expense claims and vendor invoices. Perform other accounting related functions that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, preferred but not required 1 year work experience in payables / bookkeeping / general accounting particularly in local companies Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to details Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Good English verbal and written communication Willing to report to Makati office at least three times a week Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Why Arcadis?
