Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into Accounts Payable Team Leader, the primary responsibility of the Accounts Payable Associate is to ensure that invoices received from suppliers are processed as per company policy.
The Accounts Payable Associate will be a subject matter expert for processing supplier invoices, will execute the process in line with the Group procedures and according to the internal and external audit requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing invoices, including coding and posting.
  • Mailbox Management/ Supplier Query Management.
  • Invoice Exceptions.
  • Xelix Errors/ Duplications.
  • Statement Reconciliations.
  • Supplier Management.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management.
  • Manage Unallocated Cash.
  • Resolution of Debit Balances.
