Responsibilities: Handles the review and ensure tax compliance of the vendor’s invoices Process accounts payable and ensure applicable tax are applied Post accounts payable entries Ensure accounts payable are paid on time or based on scheduled payment Responsible for ensuring an effective filing system Responsible for tax filing and payment Implements and ensure Accounts Payable and Finance Department process and procedure are implemented and followed Ensure that challenges and issues are escalated to the direct leader and/or head of the department Ad-hoc tasks as might be asked to do by direct leader and/or head of the department Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting-related courses At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable Willing to report daily in San Juan, Manila office Experience in basic tax filing is required Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is a plus Familiarity with AP systems is an advantage Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, time management and communication skills
