ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - ENTRY LEVEL

Texas Homebuilder looking to fill an entry level Accounts Payable position.
This is a High Volume level position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• 10-Key - You will be tested.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team environment.

• Enter and post invoice batches into custom homebuilder software in a timely and accurate manner for all vendors and subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain open communication with vendors and subcontractors, as well as external customers.
• Provide timely customer service for all calls, emails and questions from vendors and external customers.
• Reconcile monthly statements of all vendors and subcontractors.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties including copying, filing, and scanning.
