ABOUT US:

WH Trading is a dynamic and growing proprietary trading firm dedicated to technical and operational excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk / Administrative Assistant. The position will be in office, 5 days a week. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both accounting and administrative work in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Accounts Payable Clerk / Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the company’s payables and providing administrative support across departments. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or administrative support preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook,)
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Business Central) is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently

    Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DUTIES:

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for accuracy
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES:

  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management
  • Answer phones, manage emails, and handle correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
