Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk
This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to bring his/her unique set of skills and people passion to a dynamic and multifaceted fast-growing Group of companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in multi-currency, multi-entity operation
• Experience working with AP & AR in multi companies’ environment using QuickBooks software
• Experience and organizational skills and capability to effectively manage priorities while meeting timelines
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and dedication to timely and accurate reporting
• Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly attentive to detail and committed to quality
• Able to work independently with minimum direction and in a team environment

• Full Cycle AP
• processing Vendor Invoices and Reconciling their accounts
• check all the paperwork, PO’s & shipping details pertaining to processing the Invoice, and resolve discrepancies with Vendors
• Weekly and Monthly check runs to be forwarded to Controller for Review
• processing credit cards for payment
• Bank Reconciliation

· Receive instructions from Management and implement the same on a prompt and effective manner

• Coordination of the year-end review, working papers and presentation of such to the company’s Controller for the external Auditors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
