Citadel Source is partnering with a successful logistics company based in North Bristol to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their small finance team.

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Finance Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the general ledger and provide support for any administrative tasks within the finance department.

AS AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Support the running of the accounts department
• Processing supplier invoices
• Assist monthly bank reconciliation
• Preparing weekly payment run
• Ensuring all invoice e-filing is up to date
