Citadel Source is delighted to be working with a well-known brand based in Bath, who are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent role on a hybrid basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable function
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Ownership of end-to-end purchase ledger process
• Processing supplier bills and credit notes
• Onboarding new supplier – completing credit checks
• Bank and Statements reconciliations
• Supporting monthly completion of VAT returns
• Support month-end processes (posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations)
• Ad hoc finance-related activities
