    Job Description
    The Account Payable Clerk will ensure the accuracy of accounting information recorded in the ERP.

Role and responsibilities

  • Accounts payable data entry and reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable: billing, collection activities, and cash applications.
  • Filing invoices and paperwork as required
  • General accounting functions: data entry, posting, reconciliation of various accounts.
  • Participation in month-end, year-end and audits.
  • Other duties as required by the CFO.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Experience using ERP/or Accounting Software an asset.
  • Post-Secondary education with a focus on Accounting or Finance is a plus.
  • Master the French language and the English (communication with colleague from the United States).
