We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and service-driven Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting Team. This role is essential to Dion’s behind-the-scenes operations - verifying invoices, tracking expenses, assisting with reconciliations, and building strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

We don’t have a formal degree requirement, and we are looking for someone who has some accounting knowledge or experience – whether through school or previous work.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with vendors and coworkers
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Receive, verify, and process accounts payable invoices
• Enter and code invoice data accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile invoices to vendor statements
• Track and assist with corporate credit card approvals and expense management
• Support vendor communications and follow up on missing documentation
• Prepare mobile deposits and manage check/deposit slip inventory
• Assist with weekly filing, daily reconciliations, and period-end processes
• Maintain and update accounting spreadsheets and reports for internal teams
