Description Accounts Payable Clerk We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced full-time accounts payable clerk for our office in Salt Lake City, Utah. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The successful candidate will also have a great work ethic and an understanding of accounting processes. This is a full-time office position, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4:45 p.m. Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing and posting Skills/Qualifications Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records 10-key by touch and type at least 55 wpm Hands-on experience with spreadsheets Proficiency in MS Excel and in MS Office Strong communication skills in English High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Experience with GP Dynamics a plus Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as a team member Ability to demonstrate honesty and maintain confidentiality Benefits Great work/life balance Medical, dental, and vision benefits Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending (FSA) 401K with company match Employer Provided Life Insurance Holiday pay and paid time off Extensive wellness program On-site fitness center Free soda, coffee, snacks and much, much more!
