Tasks you can perform with pride

• Review, posting and booking of incoming invoices in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German VAT Act (UStG), as well as processing of master data and building exemptions.
• Handling and monitoring of the entire invoice workflow, including the approval processes
• Reconciliation of creditor accounts and independent clarification of outstanding items
• They are responsible for clearing the general ledger accounts in connection with retentions, disbursements and guarantees, as well as their reversal or conversion.
• Preparation and execution of payment transactions
• They maintain and manage the vendor master data.
• Valuation of fixed assets and recording of additions and disposals
• Independent handling and coordination of systems under construction (buildings and technical systems)

Here's how you can get involved

• Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or tax law (e.g. tax clerk), preferably with further training as a certified accountant or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable
• Good knowledge of VAT law, especially in the accounts payable area
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
• They work in a structured, careful and independent manner with a high degree of initiative.
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility are just as natural for you as a strong team spirit.
• They are characterized by a confident, poised demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least level C2)
• Driving licence class B
