We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software and excel, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and vendors.
• Willingness to jump in and help in other departments
• Knowledge of Leasehold Property Management advantageous

• Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of payments.
• Utilise accounting software, our in house specialist Block management system for data entry and reporting.
