Description Belletetes Inc. is seeking a full time receptionist / accounts payable clerk in our Jaffrey, NH Corporate Office. We are seeking a person to answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department; welcome guests and someone who is a skilled, experienced accounts payable (AP) clerk to join our organization. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing and recording the money owed to our vendors. The role of the Accounts Payable clerk involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. Their role is to process, verify and reconcile invoices. Belletetes is a 5th generation, family-owned building materials supply company that has been in business for over 125 years.
