About the Role
Currently this position involves office tasks, most related to accounts payable for Dallas Assembly.
Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
Shift: 1st shift
Education: Certification / Associate Degree in Accounting or minimum 5 years experince.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Must have accurate data entry and math skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to follow instruction, written and verbal.
  • Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work.

Actual Task:

  • Prepare payables package, including invoice, receiver, and purchase order.
  • Code the invoice using proper general ledger code and ensure proper authorization.
  • Research as needed to secure proper documentation as back-up for payment justification.
  • Input invoices into system and issue accounts payable checks weekly or as needed to keep accounts current.
  • Answer vendor inquiries and research past-due notices.
  • Process international affiliate A/P.
  • Provide backup for invoicing, A/R, and various other accounting and administrative functions as needed.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
