Job Description:
The Plus Group is recruiting for an AP Clerk to work at a Manufacturing Facility in Yuba City, CA!
The position is Temporary position for about 2 months. Mon-Fri 7:30am- 4:30pm. Pay is $20/hr.
Duties:
· Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information
· Print invoices from shared AP email
· Mail sorting
· Match packing slips to invoices
· Filing
· Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
· Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.
· Maintain Vendor files with monthly invoices and copies of payments made.
· Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
· 1 year experience in AP
· Microsoft Excel Knowledge
· Cleared background screen
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
