SUMMARY

The Accounts Payable Specialist – Factory Direct Orders is responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate processing of invoices from vendors for factory-direct orders. This role ensures accuracy in cost, freight calculations, and proper entry into the Accounts Payable system while maintaining strong communication with internal departments.

• Audit factory-direct invoices to ensure accurate costs
• Calculate freight charges for factory-direct invoices
• Research and resolve Sales Department inquiries related to invoices and freight rates
• Process factory-direct invoices into the Accounts Payable system
• Escalate issues outside of authority to appropriate personnel
• Perform other related duties as assigned
