We are hiring a full-time accounts payable coordinator who is motivated and looking to maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • previous experience in accounts payable
  • knowledge and experience with computers and data entry
  • a good understanding of Microsoft products, especially Excel
  • proficient with accuracy and attention to detail
  • a high school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • coordinating the accounts payable process for all Dove Healthcare locations, including but not limited to:
  • distributing vendor invoices to the appropriate location and department
  • keying invoices into the accounting software
  • processing checks for payment of vendor invoices
  • reconciling vendor statements
  • preparing and filing quarterly / annual sales and use tax
