We are hiring a full-time accounts payable coordinator who is motivated and looking to maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
previous experience in accounts payable
knowledge and experience with computers and data entry
a good understanding of Microsoft products, especially Excel
proficient with accuracy and attention to detail
a high school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
coordinating the accounts payable process for all Dove Healthcare locations, including but not limited to:
distributing vendor invoices to the appropriate location and department
keying invoices into the accounting software
processing checks for payment of vendor invoices
reconciling vendor statements
preparing and filing quarterly / annual sales and use tax
