Description

Our client, a tier 1 manufacturer, is seeking a talented AP Coordinator and take charge of end-to-end accounts payable, from vendor management and payment processing to reconciliations, reporting, and audit support. This 1-year contract role is with a great team, 5 days in the office under an employee-centric environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years AP experience, Bachelor’s in Accounting (or equivalent)
  • Advanced Excel + ERP skills (SAP)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communicator
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Process payments (wires, cheques) and reconcile vendor accounts
  • Resolve invoice/payment issues and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP & SOX
  • Support month-end closes, reporting, and audits
  • Contribute to process improvements and internal controls
