As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming invoices and preparing payments. You ensure that all purchase invoices are checked, coded, and posted according to the correct procedures, and you contact suppliers if you have any questions or if anything is unclear. You will manage the accounts payable administration and ensure that payments are made within the agreed terms. In addition, you will contribute ideas about financial processes and how to improve them. Questions from the intern? You will help him or her get started where necessary. In short, no two days are the same as an Accounts Payable Clerk, and that’s what makes this job so much fun!
