Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day Accounts Payable function for the Financial Advisory business.
• Process and manage invoices and AP transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Support payments, reconciliations and invoice query resolution.
• Work across multiple finance systems and platforms, quickly building confidence in internal processes.
• Use Excel to review, reconcile and analyse financial data.
• Collaborate with finance colleagues in London and internationally, providing cross-geography support when needed.
• Take ownership of deadlines and deliverables, helping to keep finance processes running smoothly.

Skills & Experience

• Ideally 1–2 years’ finance experience, with exposure to Accounts Payable.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• A good understanding of finance and accounting principles, with the ability to hit the ground running and learn quickly.
• Working towards a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or AAT, or a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, would be advantageous.
• Experience using finance or accounting systems; NetSuite experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• A collaborative and flexible team player, comfortable working across teams and geographies.
