Requirements The Job: Accounts Payable/Income Audit is a key part of the Little Palm Island Accounting team. In this position you will support the organization by: Processing invoices: Ensuring invoices are accurately processed and paid. Reconciling statements: Resolving discrepancies and ensuring all bills and payments are accounted for. Maintaining records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date accounts payable files. Supporting operations: Assisting with new vendor onboarding and electronic payment setup. Revenue Verification: Verifying all revenue transactions from various hotel departments, including front office, food and beverage, and other outlets, ensuring that all revenues are recorded accurately and completely on a daily basis. Daily Audits: Conducting daily audits of financial records to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and posted correctly. This includes reviewing outlet reports and reconciling daily sales. Coordination with Departments: Working closely with various departments to ensure that all income is properly accounted for and reported. Other tasks: Various duties as assigned by DOF and ADOF. The starting rate for this position is $23, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications.
