In this role you will supervise the REIOPS’ Accounts Payable function, including the administration of the Construction Industry Scheme and control of the Central Disbursement Bank account, ensuring that the team adheres to strict standards, procedures and deadlines. To be responsible for the review and approval of Managing Agent Property Annual/Quarterly Service charge general ledger reconciliations.
You will also supervise the administration and accounting in respect of the Insurance of all properties that are managed by Threadneedle Portfolio Services Limited.
