REQUIREMENTS

• Current undergraduate in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Basic accounting knowledge; AP exposure a plus but not required.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This internship offers exposure to Accounts Payable (AP) and hands-on experience with Xero (cloud accounting) and Hubdoc (automation tool). You’ll help our finance team keep supplier payments, staff claims, and records up-to-date. It’s a great opportunity to learn practical accounting in a dynamic SME environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and check supplier invoices through Hubdoc .
• Post invoices and expenses into Xero .
• Assist with vendor payments and staff reimbursement claims.
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies.
• Support month-end tasks such as filing, reconciliations, and reports.
• Help maintain proper digital records and documentation.
