Vaco is partnering with a leading client in Chandler, AZ to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated AP processes and hands-on experience with SAP. This hybrid opportunity offers a contract-to-hire path with competitive pay of up to $30/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and promptly
• Completing all weekly and monthly payment runs in a timely and accurate manner.
• Dealing with remittances
• Sorting, three-company matching, coding, and obtaining approvals for payment.
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying vendors by scheduling bill.com and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
• Responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Sales tax payable
• Around 200 invoices a month with multiple line entries.
