Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Review and verify accuracy of invoices in accordance with company policies
Completing AP month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
Coordinate and direct activities of AP specialists
Maintain and enforce internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirement
