Reporting to the Finance leadership team, you will take ownership of accounts payable operations while working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure the accurate and timely processing of supplier payments and expenses.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end accounts payable function.
• Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitoring and managing aged payables.
• Supporting month-end, quarterly and year-end close activities.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintaining finance system integrity and master data accuracy.
• Supporting recharge processes and expense allocations.
• Managing records relating to commercial agreements, leases, insurance and vehicle contracts.
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Driving continuous improvement across AP processes and controls.
