ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER - UP TO $95K

A well-established real estate company in Center City Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join their growing accounting team. The ideal candidate holds their Bachelors degree and 4+ years of AP leadership experience, Yardi experience is preferred. *4 days onsite, 1 day remote

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous managerial experience (1–2+ direct reports)
  • Strong accounts payable background, including vendor management & compliance
  • Yardi experience preferred (not required)
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
    Work Location: Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA 1910
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the full-cycle accounts payable function
  • Lead and mentor a small AP team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with 1099 requirements
  • Partner with leadership to improve workflows, processes, and efficiency
  • Review and analyze AP reports, providing insights and recommendations
  • Assist with payment processing and optimize schedules for cash flow
  • Stay current on regulations and maintain strong internal controls
