Description

Lead and manage the Accounts Payable function across multiple entities
Oversee a remote Accounts Payable team, including team development, workload management and performance monitoring
Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume supplier invoices
Maintain supplier ledgers and oversee regular statement reconciliations
Review and approve transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls
Manage supplier relationships and resolve complex queries and escalations
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency
Oversee payment run preparation and approval processes
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve team performance
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to strengthen financial controls and streamline processes
Support continuous improvement projects across the wider finance function

Responsibilities
