The Accounts Payable Manager will own end-to-end AP operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while building scalable processes that support long-term business growth. Success in this role directly impacts financial accuracy, internal control integrity, and the smooth operation of vendor and payment workflows. \n Accountabilities: Manage the full lifecycle of accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment execution, vendor setup, and exception management. Ensure AP activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting policies and internal controls. Design, document, and continuously improve AP processes, controls, and approval workflows to meet audit standards. Serve as the internal escalation point for AP-related questions, vendor inquiries, and cross-functional issues. Collaborate with Procurement and Legal on vendor onboarding, spend governance, and contract alignment. Support month-end and year-end close activities with the accounting team. Identify and implement automation or tooling improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality. Develop KPIs and reporting to monitor AP performance, quality, and timeliness. Provide documentation and insights for financial audits and compliance reviews. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 6+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations, including direct ownership of AP processes. Strong knowledge of AP internal controls, approvals, documentation standards, and audit requirements. Demonstrated ability to bring structure, accountability, and operational rigor to growing organizations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clear, direct communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally. Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Ramp, or similar ERP and spend management tools. Responsibilities
