We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our accounting team as a full time Accounts Payable Manager. Candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills and enjoy taking on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for invoice processing for the home office, review and posting of property-level invoices, reconciliation of unpaid invoices to vendor statements, annual 1099 filing, various office duties as well as special projects and assignments as required. Requirements Job Requirements: Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable position. Must be able to work independently, must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to research and resolve discrepancies and have the ability to work within tight deadlines. Must enjoy working with and learning new software tools and platforms. Proficiency with Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, and automated, AI-based AP tools is required. Experience with Concur, Ottimate, and Paymerang, would be a plus. Must be available to work a minimum average of 45 hours per week. A strong customer service background is important Must present a professional image Compensation: This is a full-time management position. The base is salary commensurate with experience level. Responsibilities
