We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in Melbourne on a 12-month contract. What you’ll be doing: You’ll play an important role in ensuring our finance operations run smoothly, including: Processing vendor invoices and credit notes accurately and on time Ensuring transactions comply with internal controls and finance policies Supporting weekly payment runs and preparing remittance advice Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving invoice discrepancies Maintaining vendor records and supporting updates to supplier details Partnering with teams across the business to support PO compliance Supporting audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives What we’re looking for 2–3 years experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working with ERP systems (Navision experience a bonus) Solid Excel skills and comfort working with financial data A team player with strong communication and stakeholder skills Finance or accounting qualification (preferred) Why join Royal Canin?
