Description Position Summary The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role includes handling communications, organizing files, entering invoices, and supporting staff with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Maintain and update filing systems (physical and electronic). Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document management. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior office or administrative experience preferred but not required. Skills & Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (office supplies or files). Work Environment Standard office environment with regular business hours. Occasional overtime during busy periods may be required. Compensation Hourly pay will range from $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.
