Communify Qld Inc. is a multi-service Not for Profit organisation that provides a range of programs and activities for families and individuals in the community to enhance their quality of life. Our primary concern is the welfare and wellbeing of socially, physically, intellectually and emotionally disadvantaged and vulnerable people in our community.
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer with experience in processing high volumes of invoices with precision and efficiency. This is a full time position, however we are willing to consider part time or flexible arrangements. We are seeking a person who would feel at home with our ethos, has a pro-active approach to the workplace and enjoys working in a small team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated Accounts Payable experience
  • Providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the finance team
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with accounting software and Excel software
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • The ability to support our Book Keeper and Accountants plus perform other ad hoc duties from time to time
