We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance & Administration team in Cairns. Your Day-to-Day In this role, you’ll help keep our accounts payable function running smoothly across the business by: Processing supplier invoices, purchase orders and delivery dockets Managing payment runs and ensuring invoices are processed on time Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Monitoring invoice approvals and GL coding accuracy Maintaining supplier accounts and database integrity Assisting with monthly lubricant account reconciliations Handling supplier enquiries via phone and email Supporting reporting, filing and process improvements Working closely with the Finance & Administration team to meet deadlines What You'll Bring to the Table You’ll be organised, proactive and confident working with numbers, systems and competing priorities.
