In the role of Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our payables team by ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and timely, while adhering to Navitas policies. Your daily tasks will include managing inquiries from stakeholders to maintain excellent customer satisfaction and assisting with bank reconciliations. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrate experience in accounts payable role, preferably in a global, multi-currency organisation
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of professional accounting principles and practices
• Diligence in maintaining robust internal controls
• Comfortable seeking information from/working with colleagues at all levels across the business
• High level commitment to quality of work and meeting deadlines
• Ability to research issues and present solutions
• Proactive – keen to identify and implement process improvements collaboratively and in consultation with others who may be impacted
• Computer literacy skills inclusive of demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel.
• Experience in the use of accounting specific software (Oracle, OCR, etc.)
