KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Invoice Processing: Accurately process a high volume of invoices and ensure they are matched to purchase orders and receipts, adhering to company policies.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with our suppliers and vendors, handling inquiries and resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Payments & Reconciliations: Ensure that all payments are processed on time, and assist in reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
• Monthly Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports and summaries, providing insights into financial performance.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and procedures. Assist with internal and external audits when required.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and report on travel and other business-related expenses, ensuring all claims are in line with company guidelines.
