ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients team in Blackpool, Cork. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and professional finance team and contribute to the smooth operation of the accounts payable function.

• Location: Blackpool, Cork
• Salary: €35,000

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a professional manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (advantageous)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery dockets
• Managing invoice approvals and resolving any discrepancies
• Preparing payment runs and liaising with suppliers regarding payment queries
• Assisting with month-end duties and reporting
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier records
