  • Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate training on purchase orders, requisitions, receipting, CPA and contract management.
  • Support the transfer of purchase order and receipting activities, establishing clear responsibilities and ownership.
  • Provide practical training and guidance on Accounts Payable and purchase-to-pay processes.
  • Ensure processes comply with financial regulations, procurement procedures and internal controls.
  • Document agreed processes, responsibilities and handover arrangements.
  • What you'll need to succeedPrevious finance experience within a local authority/council or housing organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes, including purchase orders, requisitions, receipting and payments.
  • Experience using Oracle (Desirable)
