We are seeking a Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting or Finance required
• 3–5 years of experience doing both accounts payable and payroll
• Knows accounting basics (GAAP), payroll laws, and payroll systems
• Skilled – Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office, familiar with payroll processing software
• Advanced mathematical skills, outstanding organization, detail-oriented and accuracy driven.
• Trustworthy – You’ll handle confidential salary and tax information
• Organized – Able to work independently and manage deadlines
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $47,143.03 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Reviewing and paying invoices on time
• Making sure all payments match the right records
• Handling payroll for our employees and ensuring accuracy in every paycheck
• Reconciling accounts and fixing any discrepancies
• Tracking Georgia sales/use tax and filing reports
• Keeping accurate financial records and helping during audits
