The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely input and processing of all assigned vendor/location invoices. Responsibilities: * Match vendor invoices with approved purchase orders (3-way match) * Analyze and resolve unmatched invoices * Comply with payment deadlines to ensure that all available discounts are taken * Review and resolve past due invoices or credit balances from vendor statements * Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from both internal/external customers * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Requires high school diploma or GED * 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience * Proficiency in the use of Windows based software, especially Excel * Experience with Great Plains software a definite plus * Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy * Excellent verbal and written communication skills What's in it for You? * Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits * 401k Retirement Savings Plan * Life & Disability Insurance * Direct Deposit & biweekly payroll * Ability to start a career instead of just another job * Collaborative environment where your input is valued daily Falls of Neuse Management LLC (FNMLLC) is an industry-leading and employee-owned company engaged in the sale and distribution of welding supplies and automotive industrial coatings.
