We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Project Assistant for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Accounts Payable Project Assistant
• Location: Southwest Houston
• Pay: $20 - $23 (DOE)
• Hours: Mon-Fri - Flexible 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm
• Duration: Temporary (possibly permanent)
• Description of Duties: Support the AP team for a short-term project to provide vendor process enhancement. Communicate with vendors to set them up on ACH payments and assist in resolving AP discrepancies related to the conversion project.
• Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, strong computer skills, time management skills, and excellent verbal and communication skills.
