This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, organization, and supporting operational excellence. POSITION SUMMARY The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution. This position ensures all financial transactions are accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Process and enter high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency * Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and compliance * Maintain and update vendor files and accounting system records * Coordinate and track invoice approvals and payment timelines * Prepare and batch payments in accordance with company procedures * Respond to vendor and internal inquiries, resolving discrepancies promptly * Audit invoices for accuracy and tax compliance * Support general accounting processes and reporting as needed QUALIFICATIONS * Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred * 2 years of Accounts Payable, and Hospitality Finance experience preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, preferably Sage and ProfitSword. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills * Ability to handle high-volume workload with accuracy and control * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, interacting professionally with hourly associates, managers, directors, the Managing Director, and corporate partners.
