Description
Riot’s finance team is made up of a diverse mix of finance professionals including accountants, advisors and specialists. We aim to help our stakeholders deliver great experiences to players while also safeguarding our business. You will be responsible for the end-to-end invoice process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from entry to payment. We are hiring for an accounts payable specialist for a 13 month fixed term contract until January 2027 and will report into the Accounts Payable Supervisor and it will be based in our Dublin city centre office. Responsibilities Complete the whole process from invoice entry all the way through to payment Manage accurate coding of invoices ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines and policies. Perform vendor and credit card reconciliations, investigate and follow up on variances or discrepancies Follow through on all internal and external AP queries from start to resolution Work closely with business partners across multiple locations Understand the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process from start to finish, providing support to internal and external stakeholders to streamline payment process Required Skills: A minimum of at least 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role ERP systems knowledge, such as Oracle or SAP. Experience in a fast paced, multi currency environment Proficiency in basic VAT Concepts Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Accuracy and precision in handling a large volume of transactions Desired Skills: Fluency in English.
