DESCRIPTION

Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000/year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Mississauga

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of AP experience in the construction industry
• Experience with Job costing an asset
• Experience with project based payables an asset
• QuickBooks online and/or desktop
• Experience with ViewPoint software
• Tech Savvy
• Strong Excel skills. Must know VLOOKUPS

Duties:

• Job costing
• Accounts Payable
• Review Purchase Orders and sync with accounting systems
• Pay vendors
• Create lists of everything to be paid for review
• Review employee expenses for processing
• Setup payments on banking side
• Working with the Construction Accountant, Accounting Manager and Director of Finance
