Accounts Payable Specialist Onsite | Full-Time We are hiring for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to provide coverage for a 3–4-month assignment. This role plays a key part in supporting day‑to‑day AP operations and partnering closely with leadership. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update vendor records within the company’s accounting system. Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and on schedule. Manage weekly check runs. Prepare subcontractor waivers. Reconcile and process union reports. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Record and post EFT payments. Process check requests and employee expense reports. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Strong Excel skills. Excellent communication skills when working with vendors and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications 1–4 years of AP experience within a high‑volume environment. Experience working with any ERP system (Viewpoint experience a plus). Experience in payroll, invoice processing, reconciliation, 3‑way match, coding, and vendor management. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
