Job Title: Process Documentation Specialist Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and organized Process Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the ERP Team to assemble, create, and combine documents into Training Materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various technologies and digital assets. Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Thrive Process Leads to obtain necessary process documents. Build due dates into assignments and tasks, and effectively communicate milestones and expected results. Ensure strategies are executed, monitor results, and make adjustments as necessary. Follow established procedures accurately and thoroughly to complete work tasks. Assemble, create, and consolidate documents into Training Materials/SOPs. Maintain a high level of detail in documentation. Initiate corrective actions for quality problems or notify others of quality issues as appropriate. Perform data entry, document conversion, and upload into the database. Maintain correspondence with Project Thrive Process Leads. Identify efficiencies or alternative approaches to tasks. Compare data from different sources to draw conclusions and develop appropriate solutions. Operate with integrity and take ownership of work. Communicate information and ideas effectively through various methods to individuals or groups. Adhere to team expectations and guidelines, fulfilling team responsibilities. Essential Skills Proficient in document control, regulatory documents, and data entry. Strong administrative support skills. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cordova, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
