Are you detail-driven and ready to make an impact in real estate finance? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fast-paced team on a long-term temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a leading REIT while covering a maternity leave.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Process and code invoices and expense reports with precision
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close and journal entries
• Review and onboard vendors, manage expense reports, and more
• Collaborate across departments to keep things running smoothly
