Our client is a prestigious firm located in Midtown Manhattan and they are looking for an AP Professional to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required​
• 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP or other advanced ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Intacct, MS Dynamics); QuickBooks
• Strong communication skills​
  The annual base salary range is $65k to $95k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes​
• Oversee allocation of invoices/expenses to the various funds
• Handle purchase order management and invoice coding​
• Process expenses and invoices across multiple entities
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate and timely payments​
