As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial engine that fuels our hotels across the country. Your work ensures our vendors are paid accurately and on time — keeping our operations running smoothly and our partnerships strong. This is more than processing invoices; it’s about building trust, transparency, and results across every transaction. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end accounts payable process — from invoice receipt to payment — with speed and accuracy. Review, verify, and reconcile vendor statements to maintain strong, trusted relationships. Collaborate across departments to solve payment issues and streamline processes. Prepare and support month-end closings, ensuring clean and timely financials. Manage vendor setup and compliance, including 1099 filings and documentation. Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank and general ledger accounts tied to payables. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls. Be an integral part of a collaborative accounting team that values initiative and innovation. Requirements What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience (hospitality experience a plus). Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software; Paylocity/M3 experience a bonus. Detail-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and time management skills.
